Stayed at The Elements 215 in Playa del Carmen and couldn’t have been happier. The condo had a beautiful ocean view, and the pool was absolutely awesome. The location was perfect—just a block or two to 38th Street with all the great restaurants, and a short walk to 5th Avenue where everything is happening. During our stay, we even went deep sea fishing and caught a sailfish, which made the trip unforgettable. Truly a perfect location, a wonderful condo, and an all-around great stay. We’ll definitely be back!
Place has a really nice location with some ocean front views. The condos are very spacious and they provided bottled water. We were able to check in early for an additional fee which was very affordable. Overall we had a great experience
The huge pool and beachfront access with private area set this complex apart! There is a beach bar/restaurant for guests with delicious fish and shrimp tacos and pizza. Great drinks all very reasonably priced. Very safe with security and helpful staff. Very close to Calle 38 with many awesome restaurants and easy walk to 5th Ave. Absolutely loved our stay here.
Beautiful location. Stayed at PH5 through BRIC International. Lovely apartment, but needs of some repairs. Specially during the rain season can water pour into the apartment. The owner doesn’t believe in cable or satellite TV. Not even local TV was possible to watch from none of the 3 televisions available in the condo. That’s the only minus i can see. Otherwise the attention from both BRIC and The Elements front desk was perfect. Super helpful at all times. We enjoyed very much the Bar/Restaurant at the beach, with Eduardo taking care of us and letting us see the Football European Championship and Copa America in their entirety. My special thanks goes to Miguel (designed our “ambassador” while we stayed in Playa), and Maritza, the wonderful woman who fixed our reservation and designated Miguel to take care of us there.
The Elements is located on the edge of Centro and has nice views of the ocean and beach. It has it's own private beach club, with a bar and restaurant, located in the front of the property. It also has a very nice, large pool and hot tub located onsite. There's a good amount of shade available at by, and while in the pool. Wait staff from the beach club service the pool area for food and drink orders. The residences are privately owned, and many can be rented through local rental agencies. The grounds are well maintained. Occasionally, there is noise at night when loud music is playing nearby.
Great location!! Rooms are all condos with full kitchens. There is privacy! Right on the beach, private beach, private pool and hot tub. Also, private bar and grill that will bring food and drinks to your condo.
Feels like home, with a better view. We have been here a few times and this place is just awesome. The beach club is nice even though the drinks are a bit... Light (we Floridians like them a bit stronger). The beach has been eroded a bit and the next beach (North) known as the beach at 72 (street or avenue) is perfect! The Elements is extra clean, very well maintained and our favorite place on Playa del Carmen!
3rd time here. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is awesome. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping etc, or you can hop in a taxi. TV wasn’t working but no big deal, we didn’t come here to watch tv anyway. Miguel is the best! Always helpful and gave us some great day trip links.
